ORDERS

SHIPPING
Shipping is by US mail insured using postal electronic addressing and payment where the address and method of handling permits. For media mail, parcel post and certain otherwise incomplete addresses a trip to the postal facility is required and I charge for travel and time waiting in line. Damaged or contents missing packages require the customer to notify the postal delivery person or the postal facility immediately. A lost in transit package is traced by the insurance number and provides the substantiation of claim for reimbursement.
UPS shipments are from the electric furnace manufacturer for the furnace only with a $25.00 S&H charge.
RETURNS
Once an order has been processed and shipped there is a 30% restocking fee. If the package arrives damaged or with contents missing it is the customer's responsibility to promptly notify the postal delivery person or the postal facility. If a package is lost in transit the insured status permits a trace and substantiation of the claim for re-imbursement.
PAYMENT
I accept the below credit cards, money orders and checks. For non-website credit order I will call the telephone number, identify myself, ask for the card number, expiration date, 3 digit secure code on the card reverse and USPS Zip code. I encourage this method for all email orders as well as website orders if any doubt as to security of the web. With checks a delay may be incurred if the issuing bank does not utilize electronic clearing by optical character reading. For any problem or questions please call (520) 458-5321.
